Dimitri Diakopoulos is an electronic musician with interests in musical interface design, software development, and composition for interactive media. He currently resides in the greater Los Angeles area and studies at the California Institute of the Arts in the Music Technology: Interaction, Intelligence, & Design program. At present, he is producing his debut album expected for release in early 2009. Current projects include the development of an extensible framework for musical interface design, an LCD-based multitouch surface, as well as ongoing development for the ChucK audio programming language.
